Welcome to the Smeuse Studio shop. By accessing this website or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products

Smeuse Studio sells digital products including, but not limited to:

  • Website templates

  • Canva templates

  • Branding resources

  • Marketing templates

  • Educational resources

All products are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.

License

Unless otherwise stated, every purchase includes a license for one business only. Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product within your own business.

You may not:

  • Share template links or download files

  • Resell or redistribute products

  • Upload products to marketplaces

  • Claim designs as your own

  • Allow multiple businesses to use a single purchase

Each business must purchase its own license.

Intellectual Property

All products, designs, graphics, layouts, copy, downloads, trademarks, logos, and content remain the exclusive property of Smeuse Studio.Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or copyright.

Digital Delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase through download links or email. It is your responsibility to download and save your files promptly.

Third-Party Platforms

Some products require third-party platforms such as Canva or Showit. Customers are responsible for obtaining any required software, subscriptions, or accounts. Smeuse Studio is not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms that affect purchased products.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and may change at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect completed purchases.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not offered once access has been provided. If you experience technical issues accessing your files, please contact us at shop@smeusestudio.com.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Copy or reproduce our products for resale

  • Share download links or Canva template links

  • Circumvent licensing restrictions

  • Use products for illegal purposes

  • Reverse engineer or create competing products based on Smeuse Studio products

Disclaimer

Products are provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee any specific business, financial, marketing, or search engine optimization results from using our products.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smeuse Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
